AM-  I got my Garmin 205 yesterday.  I ordered it on Monday and it got here on Thursday, not bad for only $2 of shipping.  I wasn't going to go out this morning but I had to try out my new toy.  I still don't really know what I am doing with it because what I know is just from messing around for a few minutes, I haven't read the instructions yet.  It is fun to play with though.

I went out for 5 miles via canal trail over to Willard canyon and back.  I spent most of my run just screwing around with my Garmin.  It was late morning so it was getting hot, and I was getting alot of sweat in my eyes.  My foot wasn't as tender today, so I was glad for that. 37:55 for the run.

Now I'm going to call you a GPS slave, too. And if I have to listen to 4 Garmins beep every 1/4 mile tomorrow, all 1 second apart, I'm going to leave you guys in my dust.

So much hostility...so unwarranted.

Jon gave me his address. I will see you tomorrow. Sorry about the mix-up again.

What did you do to your foot?

From Jon on Fri, Aug 17, 2007 at 17:03:48

Venting, not hostility. Unwarranted... perhaps.

We will just call Jon, the anti-garmin. That is his mission in life. To rid the earth of the evil gps devices.

Hey James...I was wondering if anyone caught the thing I said in my personals or not. Sasha is the type to make champions out of chumps. (not that I'm a champion yet) Anyway...he's a great guy. I really appreciate all he's done for me.
