Easy 10K run on a loop around canal trail, 1st Dam, Hillcrest, Lundstrom Park, and home.  I am pretty tired and my legs didn't want to move very fast.  I will probably go out for a few miles later on today.  45:42

Are you interested in the race on Sat?

From Logan on Wed, Aug 01, 2007 at 16:14:56

I felt fine after running yesterday with Paul. My legs were a little sore this morning but they are okay. I should be done tomorrow morning at 6:30 if you would like to meet up for a run. My phone number is 391-7859 and my e-mail address is: opkicker1982@yahoo.com. I tried calling you on your phone and the number didn't work for some reason.

Are you really doing the 10k Saturday? Do you want to carpool? I was planning to go early (arrive 6:15 or so), run 3 or so miles warmup, race, then do a long cool down, hopefully getting 15+ miles.

Jon,

I really am doing the 10K on Saturday! Carpooling might be a possibility, I will have to check and see what Allison's plans are. What is your wife doing? If she isn't going to the race, maybe we can pick you up in the morning and leave Jaren at your place? Let me know what your plans are and I'll find out ours.

Did you get my email about Saturday? Marci can watch Jaren at our house. Is Allison running, too?
