I went on an easy run south on the canal trail above Willard.  I didn't wear the Garmin today and didn't look at my watch until the end.  Kind of a lazy run, I was tired and the tendonitis was bugging me so I just crawled along for most of the run.  I was glad I went out though, because I it was a nice day and much warmer than yesterday.  51:52

It's winter more aerobic runs to build the base for the races in spring is what lazy easy runs are for. Nice job James.

Logan- I ice a couple of times a day.

Kory- Anytime of year is good for lazy easy runs.
