Hope you get to feeling better soon. Do you know where you are staying the Friday night of the marathon? I think Cody is staying with some of us St. George guys up at my in-laws cabin in Pine Valley, just wanted to let you know you are also more than welcome to stay if you want. I'm just trying to get a head count.

Sleep and drink, my friend.

Hope you start feeling better soon. At least it's good to get it out of the way BEFORE St. George!

I hope you get better. Your going to do great in STG.

James, I talked to you in Logan, Utah and you mentioned a couple of web sites where I could get running shoes for a reasonable price vs Road Runners Sports site.

I know one is runningbargains.com- I've gotten shoes there. James knows of more.

Man, I hope you start feeling better soon. Take care of yourself (sounds like you are) so you can be 100% at SGM. Looking forward to running with you again...maybe you, Ted and I (and others) can hook up to help each other to a low 2:30's finish.
