AM-  another nice morning.  I went on a 7 mile run east of the hospital into Pleasant Grove and back.  52:44

PM- I was feeling worn out and didn't feel like running but I forced myself out the door for an easy run after school.  The weather was in the upper 40s and I couldn't pass up the chance to run in that warm of weather.  I ran up past the Temple and headed toward Loan Peak, then headed back and looped home a way I had never been before.  I am tired now, but glad I went.  30 miles in two days is a lot for me right now.  51:18

(Omni- 335 miles)

James, good job on the miles! I know what you mean about the weather. It felt like Maui, here in Sunny St. George today!

James, seems like your getting back in the groove. Keep in up.
