I turned 30 years old today!  I had my assistants do practice and I went home early and went on my own run.  I ran into Highland and back for 5.5 miles at a 6:58 average, the best run I've had in months.  The weather was nice, even though it had snowed earlier.  I felt the hip more today because I was moving faster.

Thanks guys! I did have a good Birthday. I am going to start easing into more running, and hopefully will fully recover soon.

Happy Birthday, old man! Do something fun.

Happy birthday. In five years you'll only have to run a 3:15 to qualify for Boston. Apparently that's when you really get old.
