I have a wonderful wife and little boy and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a school teacher, Athletic Director, and coach cross country and track at Herriman High.
ran the standard out to Fort Herriman and back this morning. 7:28 ave and last mile in 6:50. Knee was fine til I came down the hill.
Down to Monarch over to Rosecrest after I realized that practice was there instead. Back home. 5 miles at 7:24 pace. Knee was a little sore and it was hot outside!
Ran to Rosecrest from Monarch with the boys and Chris and turned back early. I have been sick and haven't run in 2 weeks and I could feel it. Good to run again though. 7:28 ave.
3 miles at 7:54 ave
4 miles out to the Stake Center by Fort Herriman and back. Ran on the grass 80% of the run 7:59 ave in 80 something degrees. Evening run
