I went up to spring hollow camp ground in the evening. I felt fatigued from yester's run but felt good until the last couple of miles. I felt really crappy for a couple of hours after I got home, it was a bad experience. I wander if part of it was the ice cream float Allison brought me 3 hours before I ran. 1:52:39

Ran up to sping hollow campground with Dave. About 300 yards from the campground we ran into a moose. We stopped and watched it for a while, and then headed back the other way. We went up the spring hollow trail and then eventually got back onto single track, it was probably as long or longer than what we had originally planned to run. 1:50:28

I slept in a little today. The last few days have been stressful with Jaren breaking his leg and everything. I got out the door by 8:00am and did the Providence hill loop from Pineview with the 8th N hill. I felt a little tight a nd had trouble really relaxing and feeling good but overall it was a decent run. 1:08:43

I ran a River Heights Center street loop with old main hill stairs. I did feel super great, probably because I haven't run in almost a week. I had to stop and use the bathroom at Merlin Olsen Park, luckily it was open.

I had Allison drop me off 20 miles away, up Blacksmith fork canyon and I ran home. I felt pretty good most of the run but I ran conservative so I would be sure to make it home. I planted a poweraid about 11 miles into the run and it seemed to be good enough. I was glad to get my first 20 out of the way.

Hobble Creek 1/2. 1:14:30, 10th overall and 2nd in age. I felt like I actually ran about how I was supposed to run. They changed the course in the last two miles and we finished at Mapleton city park. The start was lower down the canyon too.
