Run a sub-2:25 Marathon in the next three years Win a Marathon
Compete in an Ironman before I am 50 years old Make the time and get the motivation to maybe make one good run at Olympic Trials in the marathon in the next ten years.
Personal: I have a wonderful wife and little boy and we live in Riverton Utah. I am a school teacher and coach cross country and track at Riverton High. I will be starting a new program at Herriman High this summer and fall.
