I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.

Ran the State course with my Varsity kids and then did fartleks with boys and girls on the course.  Got rained on and drenched, and I have been sick the last day or two.  Other than the rain it was a nice day.  Corbin Talley was there with his Davis kids as well.
