Ran over and met the kids at 5:30am at Rosecrest, then ran out to the Cove and back home.  Ran into Steve King and he ran out to the Cove with us.  7:27 pace.

My back and SI joint have been pretty bad the last 3 days, so I was glad to run again.

Easy run with the kids around by the Temple and then Daybreak Lake.  It was 60 degrees today!  Crazy!  I am nervous for March, April, and May with warm weather now.  7:23 pace for the run.  Brian Summers ran with us the last mile and I visited with him afterward.

Easy 6 miles with Greg and the boys. We ran up the trail and private road around Butterfield and down Rosecrest and Juniper. 60 degrees again and very windy. 7:20 pace

Easy run down to Monarch and then with the kids around up to Butterfield Park.  Turned around at 6400 West and came home.  Super windy this morning and it was tough running!  Plus my back and SI joint are tight still.  7:39 pace.  Didn't get the miles I wanted, but I still still managed 25 for the week with a busy week and a sore back.
