Ran the same run this afternoon as I did on Saturday, up Rose Canyon Road to the first turn and back.  I felt like crapola the first bit, and then still never felt really good after that.  But I ran 6:43, 6:41, 6:37, and 6:10 the last 4 miles.  7:13 ave

AM- 60 minutes of Legs and Core.

PM- Ran with the kids for the first 1.2 miles to Connor's house.  As soon as we started our run it started to rain and hail like crazy!  We got pelted clear to Connor's house and as soon as we got there the rain stopped.  It was warm after that, but we were all soaked and freazing!  Ran with Connor, Lucy, Derek, and Adam again for most of the run.  7:09 ave and 6:43 ave for the last 3 miles after the hail storm.

Ran down to Monarch and met some of my kids for a run.  Jordan and Jackson were both there, we hadn't seen them since Foot Locker.  Everyone went different distances, but we started off with me, Jordan, Lucy, Adam, Spencer, and Jackson.  We went up 13400 South and 6400 West and up to the Cove.  Everyone turned around at the private road, but Adam and i kept going around the Cove and back tothe normal way to my house.  I finished the run with him and then ran back to Foot Hills Park.  9 miles is just what I was trying for.  weather was super nice this morning and it was a good run for sore legs.  1:09:03 for the run
