Butterfield Canyon again today.  I was sore from Saturday's run, so I figured this one would be better.  The kids ran up strong today, maybe too strong.  Most of them beat me up and I was about 8:00 pace going up.  On the way down the group was big for the first couple miles and then they started to peter off, other than my varsity boys.  Went 5:37, 5:34, and 5:17 down today.  The way up was faster though, so my was 47:44 total today compared to 49:10 on Saturday.
