I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.

Ran with Greg up to Leila from Monarch, up the trail, down Emeline, Mirabella, and Shaggy.  7:20 ave.  Beautiful day outside!  Played Ultimate Frisbee for an hour with the team.  First time I have played Ultimate in 2-3 years.  Crazy!

Ran with Adam, Caleb, Tanner, and Levi to Monarch from Butterfield Canyon.  We went up around the Cove and on Rosecrest.  The boys wanted 10 and I only wanted 8.5 so I went just past my house before I turned around.  Nice morning, cool at foirst, but nice.   6:31 ave.
