I have a wonderful wife and little boy and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a school teacher, Athletic Director, and coach cross country and track at Herriman High.
AM- Ran Rosecrest, Emeline, and back from Rosecrest park with the boys. 7:33, 7:17, 6:30, and 5:52 progression. 6:48 ave and beautiful out.
Ran out on Leila and Prospero to the trail and then out to Mirabella and home past Ft Herr and back on Rosecrest and Juniper. Tried to do a 10 decrease overall ave. per mile. 7:52, 7:30, 7:11, and 6:38. 7:18 ave.
Same run as Thansgiving, just went a bit faster (7:50, 7:21, 6:44, and 5:53), 6:57 ave.
