I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.

Ran down to Monarch and met Adam.  We did 3 miles then 2 at tempo pace down 13400 South.  5:45, 5:55 for me, Adam was about 1 minute ahead of me.  Ran home after we cooled down a mile.  8 miles at 7:21 ave.

Got a new pair of Altra Lone Peak 2s in the mail from Golden Harper and Altra.  Tried them out of the trail with some of the kids.  We ran out on the shoreline trail to the shooting range and looped back a different way.  Fun runa and I loved the shoes, very nice ride.  8:19 ave.
