I have felt good ever since the half marathon on Saturday and never really got sore.  I felt great yesterday too, but today I was sore!  It was only in two spots, my left calf down towards the achilles, and my left sartoreus muscle ( inner thigh).  It is either super delayed onset of soreness or I did it playing soccer on Monday.  Anyways I was really sore, so I did an extra easy run, a slow River Heights 10k.  It took me a while to loosen up and then I didn't feel to bad.  I am not as sore now, but I can still feel it.

Hi James,

Thanks for the comments. Looks like you had a good day as well on Saturday. I would sing BINGO all day if I were running 1:09. I am not sure if Full Nelson will be returning this year, I talked to Nathan Pollard and he said there is a team, but I have not confirmed anything yet. If there is, there is a good chance I will run, but we will have to see how things are a little closer to June. Will you be doing WBR this year?
