I went out for an easy run at lunch today. I ran over on the wheat and beat highway and back. Nice relaxing run once I got warmed up. My achilles is still very nagging, and it hurts when I first start out on every run, but once I can't feel it anymore I usually feel decent.  5 miles in 36:04

(Adrenaline-400 miles)

I went back out for an other easy 5 miles after school.  I went south on the canal trail from Willard, passed Willard Canyon and back.  It was another awesome weather day, especially for November!  I have to take advantage of this great weather because I know it will be short lived.  Achilles a little better this afternoon.  37:24

Mine really started bothering me this morning as well. I had felt a "twing" earlier in the week, that never fully went away but didn't get worse either. But this morning...OW! I was hemming and hawing about running a HM in Boise on Saturday, but am now really leaning towards no (plus my family really doesn't want to drive 4 hours each way, it has been a busy week). Registration deadline is today and I can't make up my stupid mind!

Hope your achilles starts feeling better soon!
