Our invite at Alta was canceled because it snowed all morning.  I went home and watched conference and got out on a run in between sessions.  It was still cold and very windy.  I did a loop the went east on 300 N in AF to canyon road in PG, north to the road that goes by the Temple, around the Temple, and home by way of 700 N and 200 E.  I felt okay, but when you run 15 miles a week and take all that time off, seven miles feels like a 20 miler!  The wind about stood me still every time I was going North.  7:14 ave for the run.

I took all the ex-Loganites off my favorites list, plus quite a few others (Logan, etc). It serves you right for not commenting on my blog for 6 months! Just kidding- hopefully I'll see you at a race soon- any plans?

I am the only "ex-Loganite",jerk!

Just trying to get going again. I might try 4 runs next week. Being patient is hard sometimes.

No you're not. Dave Nelson, dutch, etc. Lots of you guys have left (unfortunately). It's kind of lonely with just 3 of us. I think we have all heard all the stories we tell by now. We need more crazy dog attack stories.

I hear you on the lonely thing, but at least you have the three of you, I am the lone wolf down here.
