I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.

AM- Easy morning run over to Rosecrest.  The boys ran slow, so I was by myself on our 4 miler then ran home. 7:34 ave

PM- Ran down to practice then up to my house.  Time Little Grinder, then ran another 4.5 miles.  7:28 ave.
