Easy 4 miles early.  Legs were dead and I felt really slow the first mile or so.  Ran up around Juniper Crest, Emeline, and Rosecrest.  4 miles at 8:01 ave.

Ran my Butterfield Canyon 20 mile course with Tim McKissick.  He is shooting for a sub 3:20 St. George and I needed slow because of the busy week and dead legs.  Wore my sleeves for this one, which was alright.  I have never worn sleeves on a run before, just after, a little hot but not bad.  Tim was hurting, but ran really goo.  I talked his ear off.  Saw the tail end of my kids and ran into T Bean as he was finishing his run.  2:45.37 for the 20 miles.  Good to get a 20 under my belt and the legs felt better.
