We got back yesterday from vacation so I had to drag my butt out of bed to make it to cross country practice.  We had a ton of new kids today and it was strange to be back.  I am not as rocky from being off of the ship as I was yesterday, good thing or I would have fallen in the canal.  I did a loop with some of my kids on the canals that hit 114th.  Good to run on land again.

Jeff- We did a cruise to Astoria Oregon and Victoria and Vancouver Canada. It was way fun. It was originally going to Mexico until swine flu took over. I was glad to go where we did though because i have always wanted to go to that area, and I have been to Mexico before.
