Easy slow run today.  I went down to Merlin Olsen Park and back, and did 5x100 meter striders to get the legs going.  The easy pace felt good, and hopefully this run will help me recover and feel good just incase I decide to run a 5K tomorrow.  I have been pretty hammered this week and I am looking forward to a little rest this weekend.    30:42

I was wondering if you and some of the Logan guys would want to go on a run Tuesday morning at about 6:30 or 6:45? I have Acceleration in the morning and then want to do a run. I don't want to push the pace because of the Bryce Half on Saturday. Let me know if this will work for you. I can't remember if I gave you my e-mail address: lofielding@weber.k12.ut.us.
