XC practice with the kids. We did a Fartlek pyramid on the Jordan River Parkway. I actually felt decent running today for the first time in a week and a half. Three of my guys stuck with me and we added 15 seconds to each interval and built up to two minutes and worked back down (:15, :30, :45, :60...), with the same recovery as the fartlek. Kind of a fun workout. 7 miles total (Kayano- 234 miles)
