I ran the same run as last Thursday only I took my Garmin to know the distance.  I am way sore in my calves and quads from that run out of camp yesterday, ouch!   I figured I would be because the last 1.5 miles was like a race for me on already hammered legs.   I took it really easy but still ran a bunch of hills  I averaged 7:45 pace for the run.  Hopefully I can recover quickly and feel less sore tomorrow.

You amaze me how less miles you run and just run some terrific marathon times. I hope the new location is going for you well?

Take Care? I probably won't see you this year.

Well thanks Kory. I would like to run more miles but I just have never found the time or motivation. This year I have been hurt and have hardly done anything. My only hope is that I never have been completely out of shape, I have managed to stay somewhat active. Paul is the one that is amazing with low miles, he can run 45 miles a week and still bust out 1:08 half marathons!

We do like our new house and location. I just need some different running buddies than my kids I coach. I really miss running with Paul, Jon, Cody, and Logan that was when it was easy to stay motivated.
