I ran the same run as last Thursday only I took my Garmin to know the distance. I am way sore in my calves and quads from that run out of camp yesterday, ouch! I figured I would be because the last 1.5 miles was like a race for me on already hammered legs. I took it really easy but still ran a bunch of hills I averaged 7:45 pace for the run. Hopefully I can recover quickly and feel less sore tomorrow. |
