Slept in this morning until about 7:30, that was nice.  I went out on an easy run to Fort Herriman and back.  While I was out I ran into Ian, Travis, and Preston.  They were all on their morning mile jog.  It is nice when you coach kids and you actually see them doing what you asked them to do.  Today is our Region Championships at Westlake.

OH, I hope region went well! That cross country course you guys have is HARD!!! We ran it one day and WOW. Those kids will be tough. My kids go to Providence Hall, so they get to run on it all the time, too. HARD!!!

The girls were a close second to the best team in the State, and the boys dominated their race.

I designed our course to be the hardest in the State. The course that I have the middle schools do is way easier than the real course too.

Well, you definitely succeeded. It is tough! Congrats on them all doing so well. You have them run so many darn hills they have to be the toughest team out there. ;o)
