Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep fit and stay semi-competitive as long as I can.
Personal:
I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
Ran to Monarch for practice, did 5+ miles with the boys and ran home. 7 miles at 7:20 pace.
Chest and Back, and Ab Ripper

Let me know if you come do any long runs on UVM course and I'll try and join you:) thinking about the 20 or 27 and trying to get a large group together
