I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.

Raining like crazy this morning.  Ran to Rosecrest and then with the boys up to Butterfield and back home on Crown Rose and Rosecrest/Leila 7:30 ave.  I was soaked when I got home!

Super congested, but ran with the boys up the trail and over to Main on Mirabella, up Main and 6400 W.  I turned down private road and the trail and finished with 7, which is my long run for the year.  7:15 ave.
