Went out on my own this morning.  My left achilles has been bugging me lately, so I need to take care of it better.  It hurt a little the first couple of miles and then was fine.  I felt felt pretty good after that.  I went out to the top of the Cove at 7:45 pace and then hit the drinking fountain by the pond and ran back.  I hit a couple decent miles and finished with a 7:02 ave.

Ran with Jonathan and Greg up to our course from Monarch.  We met Mike Bradshaw and ran around to check out what work we need to do for our invite.  We ran back on Juniper Crest.  5.2 easy miles.  I am super sore from lunges yesterday!

Had meetings all day so I wasn't able to run this morning and then we had a short practice.  Greg and I ran up around the the Cove pond on a loop.  easy run, still sore from lunges.
