AM- Ran with Greg and the boys this morning.  we had a great run and averaged 6:57pace.  It was way warm and nice for 5:30am in October.  4 miles.

PM- Ran with the boys again this afternoon on another good run as we went up the trail to 6400 west and back via 13400 south.  We averaged 6:55 for just over 5 miles this afternoon.

Ran this afternoon in the rain.  Tanner and I started in the back and moved up slowly. We had a good chat along the way and got soaked too.  7:00 pace for the run.  Went home and showered and then hurried over the Parent/Teacher conference, my favorite!

Slept in this morning until about 7:30, that was nice.  I went out on an easy run to Fort Herriman and back.  While I was out I ran into Ian, Travis, and Preston.  They were all on their morning mile jog.  It is nice when you coach kids and you actually see them doing what you asked them to do.  Today is our Region Championships at Westlake.

Ran with the varsity boys up to Suncrest and back.  It was foggy and misty and whole way up and you could see much, which meant the cars couldn't see us.  Haag ran with the girls and they seemed to do well.  the boys and I had a great run.  5:45 ave down for the last 4.2 miles.  1:05.09 for the 8.4 miles.  The guys ran tough, especially after dominating the Region Championships last nigh!  Great morning run.
