Cold this morning, about 30 degrees!  Ran down to the Monarch and then went on a big Herriman loop with the boys, Juniper, Emeline, Butterfield, around Cove pond, 6400 W, Main, 13400 S.  Ended up abput 9 miles.  Then I ran home.  Pace was easy because everyone had tired legs.  Good run though.  7:30 pace

Been sick the last couple of days and still have a sore throat, but got up early and ran before our Invite.  Pres Reoth, Tim and Tim's nephew Josh met at my house and we went on a slow and east 10.5 mile out and back.  Weather was great!  Too bad it changed for the meet.  I ran mostly with Josh, who was supposed to be the low one and ended up being the faster one today.  8:54 ave.  Super slow for me, but good for them.  It was good for me too since I am still sick and needed really easy.
